ABOUT
Philip Jackmauh is an attorney and former leasing company executive delivering over 25 years’ experience in international commercial aircraft leasing and financing, both in-house and in private practice. As general counsel and transaction team leader, he has drafted, negotiated, structured, managed and directed aircraft lease, purchase, and sale transactions with airlines and lessors worldwide, and he has negotiated, structured and closed a wide variety of asset-based structured financing with financiers globally.

Philip has handled a broad spectrum of day to day in-house servicing and operational tasks, and has guided commercial and tax teams in structuring and developing lease, purchase, and financing proposals.
